City of Cape Coral recently issued the following announcement.

The East boat ramp at the Yacht Club will be closed at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, March 17 for a few hours while crews clean the ramp.  There are two boat launches at this location, only one will be closed.     

The Yacht Club Boat Ramp, located on the grounds of the Yacht Club Community Park, at 5815 Driftwood Parkway, provides access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River. The ramp is approximately 5.5 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. There are two boat launches at this location.

Parking Fees: There is a $15 per day boat trailer parking fee or Cape Coral Residents may obtain an annual parking decal for $75. Decals are available for purchase at the Parks & Recreation counter at City Hall and the Yacht Club.
