The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has created a hotline to help remove vessels that were fully or partially sunk during the storm and is rendered inoperable. The vessel is required to be in the water, it cannot be on land. Owners will need to provide the vessel’s registration number, current location and detailed description.
