Upgrades to Online City Applications May Result in Downtime

0Comments

The City of Cape Coral is completing system upgrades to multiple online applications Tuesday evening, which may result in intermittent downtime for the public.

Regular maintenance upgrades will be completed on several of the City’s systems and mobile applications beginning at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, and are anticipated to be completed by 9:00 p.m.

During the maintenance window, 311, EnerGov, EnerGov CSS, GIS, Cartegraph, Cashiering, Munis, and Munis CSS/VSS users may experience intermittent errors or unresponsiveness. Users who experience an issue are encouraged to try again later or wait until the following day when the upgrades are expected to be complete.

We appreciate your patience.
