The City is urging residents in an evacuation zone not to wait to evacuate. Residents should take action immediately for their own safety.

Lee County has issued mandatory evacuation orders to include Zone A, Zone B, and parts of Zone C. Please note that many parts of North Cape Coral are not in Zone C. Visit www.capecoralfire.com/know-your-zone or www.leegov.com/storm to identify your zone.

There are approximately 15 shelters opened by the county today, and all shelters are pet-friendly. For a list of items you need for you and your pet if you head to a shelter, visit leegov.com/hurricane.

Residents with evacuation zone questions can call 3-1-1.
