On June 18, 2020, the City executed a grant agreement with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for stormwater improvements at Pine Lake Preserve. As part of the grant, the City is required to monitor the improvements for one year following the construction. Johnson Engineering, Inc. submitted a proposal to provide monitoring services that include site observation, installation of monitoring equipment, water quality sampling, flow monitoring, data validation and management, for a total of $82,155.
