Please be advised that a scheduled potable water main shutdown will occur near Palm Tree Boulevard Monday, December 11, beginning at 9 a.m. so City crews can install water main tie-ins.

The shutdown will affect nearly 300 customers, and customers in South Cape Coral area may experience lower water pressure, especially toward the Yacht Club area. Work is anticipated to be complete by end of day Monday, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Below is a map of the affected area. The yellow-shaded area shows residents affected by the shutdown. These residents will be notified via phone, email, and text message.

Following the restoration of access to drinking water, residents should boil water for one minute or use bottled water as a precaution until the advisory has been lifted. This applies to water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, washing dishes, and brushing teeth.
