On May 18, 2022, the City Council directed staff to engage DPZ to provide conceptual plans for the entire Banyan Tree parcel.
On August 3, 2022, DPZ presented three conceptual schemes with various components for Council’s consideration. One of the components included additional parking to address concerns regarding the need for sufficient parking availability downtown.
