Animal Cruelty Task Force Investigators Complete Prestigious Certification

"I am incredibly proud of Lieutenant Castellon and Sergeant Najarro on their recent animal cruelty investigator certification," stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno." Our animal cruelty task force is the only group in the state with this certification!"

Sheriff Carmine Marceno is proud to announce that Sergeant Jami Najarro and Lieutenant Richard Castellon recently completed National Animal Cruelty Investigative School. They are now certified as Professional Animal Cruelty Investigators.

The program was offered by the Law Enforcement Training Institute and University Extension. Najarro and Castellon were awarded their certifications on July 22.
