Sheriff Carmine Marceno is proud to announce that Sergeant Jami Najarro and Lieutenant Richard Castellon recently completed National Animal Cruelty Investigative School. They are now certified as Professional Animal Cruelty Investigators.
The program was offered by the Law Enforcement Training Institute and University Extension. Najarro and Castellon were awarded their certifications on July 22.
