Census Bureau: More men than women in Fort Myers Shores in 2020

Of the 6,745 people living in Fort Myers Shores in 2020, 49 percent (3,306) were women and 51 percent (3,439) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Lee Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 38. In the 65 and over age range, there were 540 females and 529 males.
