Central District Deputy Inesmary Velazquez has received the Deputy of the Month award!
Deputy Velazquez has built strong relationships with members of the Tice Community. Due to this, she was able to establish a suspect in a recent case and assist detectives in their investigation.
Deputy Velazquez is not only an asset to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, but the community she serves. Her dedication to the residents in her district is unmatched.
Sheriff Carmine Marceno emphasizes the importance of community policing and building bonds with those we serve. Deputy Velazquez is an outstanding representation of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and for that, she was awarded Deputy of the Month.
