Lee County Domestic Animal Services invites you to start the New Year with a new pet

Adoption

County of Lee recently issued the following announcement.

Consider beginning the New Year with the adoption of a pet from Lee County Domestic Animal Services.

Pack in meaningful memories in 2022. Let a pup help with the New Year’s resolution to walk and be more healthy or welcome a cat to comfort and cuddle.

From Jan. 1-31, the county will reduce adoption fees on adult dogs to $25 and adult cats to $10 with an approved application. The adoption package includes spay or neuter,

microchip, up-to-date vaccinations, county license and a 10-day health guarantee. The package is valued at $500.

Volunteers and staff are waiting to introduce a new member of the family. Come to the adoption center 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday at 5600 Banner Drive in

Fort Myers. Visit www.leelostpets.com to view all pets currently available and to complete an online adoption application.
