Six Buccaneers score in double figures
The Barry Buccaneers passed another road test with flying colors on Tuesday night, pummeling the Florida Memorial Lions 96-65 in women's basketball action from the FMU Wellness Center.

SUMMARY:
- 1Q - Trailing 6-4 after a three-pointer by FMU's Destiny Marin, the Bucs went on a 13-0 run to go up 17-6. Trinity Bosecker and Ashley Pool each scored five points in the run. The Lions rallied with a 10-4 run, but Barry held the edge at the break. | Bucs 21, Lions 16

- Fusari had a game-high 22 points to lead six Buccaneer in double figures.
- Hergot had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Bosecker added 12, as the Bucs ou-scored the Lions 38-26 in the paint.
- Thornton had a season-high 11 points, while Pool and Pink each added 10.
- The Bucs turned their defense into offense, forcing 26 turnovers and turning them into 34 points. Fusari and Thornton each had five steals.
- Barry also won the battle on the boards 31-26 and led 19-9 in second-chance points.
- Chantal Barnett and Tolbert each had 16 to lead the Lions, who dropped their fourth exhibition game of the season.
Barry hosts a pair of non-conference game next weekend, facing Findlay on Saturday and Dominican out of New York on Sunday. Both games scheduled for 12:00 noon before taking off for the break.
