City of Cape Coral recently issued the following announcement.
Lee County has switched to an all-electronic tolling process which will go into effect on October 1, 2021. Administrative fees will resume for pay-by-plate customers at this time.
The best way to pay tolls in Lee County is with a LeeWay transponder and prepaid account. Motorists without a transponder will be billed using pay-by-plate. Sign up for a prepaid account for no administrative fees, discounts during off-peak hours, and a free transponder.
