City of Cape Coral recently issued the following announcement.
City offices will be closed on Monday, September 6 in observance of Labor Day.
No trash collection services will take place on the holiday. All solid waste services (trash/recycling/yard waste/bulk) will be delayed one service day for the remainder of the week following the holiday. If your regular trash pickup day is Monday, your trash will be picked up on Tuesday. Regular collection services will resume Monday, September 13.
The following will be open on Labor Day:
Sun Splash is open on Monday, September 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Coral Oaks Golf Course is open on Monday, September 6 (normal operating hours)
The Yacht Club Community Pool is open Monday, September 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (normal operating hours)
