Join us in congratulating Jamal Tucker for becoming the Student Leader of the Month.
Tucker, a junior majoring in Nursing, has continuously been on our President list since he began his journey at Barry University. He’s an active member of the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center, where he plays the role of supervisor and has partnered with SWAT to help educate other students on the importance of wellness and an active lifestyle with classes such as ISR. He is also a current member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Tucker is also highly involved in his community and enjoys participating in the community census outreach to ensure the majority of the people in the Miami- Dade county are accounted for in the 2020 census for more funding. In his spare time, he plays basketball and enjoys spending time with his friends.
