Fowlkes earned an MBA and a Sport Management Master’s degree, and is now the Senior Program Director for the Overtown Children & Youth Coalition. She’s an ambitious project management and training professional with extensive experience in public, private, and higher-education institutions, and she defines herself as a child and youth advocate, an experienced business professional, a policy and procedures creator, a project manager, and a resource connector. Fowlkes has proven to be highly skilled in her current role, meeting stakeholders’ needs while simultaneously adding value to her business with measurable results.
