New Login Procedure for EnerGov Beginning Feb. 27

On February 27, 2024, the City of Cape Coral will upgrade to a new login authentication service, TID-C, to increase security for the City and those using the EnerGov Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal.

 Please follow the steps below as part of this transition process:

  • Login to CSS using Google Chrome before Feb. 27 to confirm the email address associated with your EnerGov/CSS account.
  • Use the same email to sign in to CSS for the first time with TID-C

After TID-C is implemented, all CSS Users must re-register their email address the first time they sign into CSS.
