Former Bishop Verot High School standout and current West Florida Argonauts player, Jack Benaitis will compete in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.
They begin the tournament as a number two seed against the second seeded North Greenville Crusaders.
The first game is on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m.
These former Southwest Florida area high school athletes are set to compete on Tuesday, May 5.

Florida Gulf Coast softball has been named the fifth seed for the upcoming Atlantic Sun Championship after finishing with a strong conference record. The Eagles will open tournament play against Austin Peay on May 5.
