The Cape Coral Youth Council has named five local students as winners of its annual Excellence Awards. Honorees were recognized in arts, athletics, civic engagement, excellence overall, and leadership during a recent council meeting.
Cape Coral has been named a 2025 Tree City of the World by the Arbor Day Foundation for its work in maintaining urban trees. This is Cape Coral’s second consecutive year receiving this honor.
The City of Cape Coral has launched a study seeking resident feedback about speeding concerns on local roads. Residents can submit their input via an interactive online map until the end of April. The collected feedback will help guide future traffic safety decisions.
