Santa Fe College employees are invited to watch the presentation The Science of Willpower presented by Florida Blue Better You. The presentation is available now and be available through Friday, Aug. 19.
The presentation will cover research done on brain health over the last several decades dispelling the myth that willpower is a limited resource. Using evidence-based strategies, the presentation will show how willpower can be strengthened to help people achieve their goals.
