Beginning Friday, February 10, the Development Services Department licensing counter at City Hall will be closed on Fridays. This change allows licensing staff to better accommodate the increase in online licensing submittals.

The licensing counter will remain open during regular hours on Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The last scheduled appointment each day is at 3:45 p.m.

Existing counter appointments made through the City’s Q-Less platform will be honored. The EnerGov Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal will remain open for all electronic licensing activities and permit applications.

To access the CSS portal or watch EnerGov training workshops online, please click the following link to the City’s website: EnerGov.
