Former Bishop Verot High School standout and current Ole Miss Rebels player, Chris Graves Jr. will compete in the NCAA Division I FBS Football Championship.
They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the 11th seeded Tulane Green Wave.
The first game is on Saturday, Dec. 20 at 2:30 p.m.
These ex-Southwest Florida area high school standouts will participate in competitions on Sunday, May 3.
Florida Gulf Coast University’s women’s basketball team has signed Denika Lightbourne from Florida International University for the upcoming season. Head coach Raina Harmon praised Lightbourne’s skills as a versatile guard who can both score and facilitate play.
