The City of Cape Coral is kicking off a new outreach initiative called Development Discussions to help residents and developers connect with and learn more about the City’s Development Services Division. 

The first meeting will be Thursday, August 3, from 7:30 – 10 a.m. at Knickers Pub, Coral Oaks Golf Course,1800 Northwest 28th Avenue.

Development Discussions aims to provide information on how to navigate as a developer and the best way to obtain information as a resident. Attendees will also be able to connect with:

  • Cape Coral Construction Industry Association
  • Lee Building Industry Association
  • Code Compliance
  • Permitting Services
  • Building Inspections
  • City Planning and Conservation
  • Land Development
  • Plan Review
  • Fire Review/Inspection
  • Utilities Review/Inspection
  • Stormwater/Public Works Review/Inspection
