The City of Cape Coral hired Nancy Deutsch as Human Resources Director. Deutsch will oversee the HR Department, which serves as the ambassador of City employees’ careers, to make each journey smooth from applicant to employee throughout their successful careers and retirement.

Deutsch is passionate about HR and has spent more than 20 years of her career in both the public and private sectors. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Skidmore College and is a Senior Certified HR Professional with the National Society of Human Resources Management.

Deutsch recently relocated to Cape Coral from New Hampshire. Before joining the City of Cape Coral, Ms. Deutsch worked as the Director of Human Resources for School Administrative Unit 29 in Keene, NH, for 10 years, and she worked for the City of Keene, NH, for five years as a Contract/Project Manager. 

“I am excited to join the talented team at the City of Cape Coral, and I’m eager to support the ongoing efforts to make the City the best place to work and to live,” said Deutsch.
